It brings together the science of the process, planning & execution in a given organization without having any inclination towards the size of the corporate. Management as a whole has various characteristics: Its universal, goal-oriented, continuous process, multidimensional, involves group activity & dynamic function, which are coordinated for optimum usage.
Management is the summation of men, machine, material, money and methods, which contributes as an encyclopedia for the employees working in the organization while maintaining a coordinated approach towards achieving the vision of the company.
We can learn people management approaches during a management development. This thoughtful study we examined how to lead an organization. In this report, we'll discuss personality characteristics that would help to achieve goals and objectives. On the other side, we can develop our features and skills which help to manage the people in an organization. There have little bit differences between manager and leader.
Core principles of leadership approach: There are many principles of the leadership program, and these are motivating power, self-confident, accommodating, productive communication, achievement-oriented, flexible and so on. Core principles of my leadership approach are driving, energy, achievement-oriented, effective communication, and self-confident. As discussed below:
Motivating power– As use the situational management system to affect people, the motivating force is the primary principle to control people. Use my motivating power. I manage my followers. Mainly I use job enlargement, job enrichment, and job rotation to manage my followers.
Self-confidence– Self-confidence is one of the fundamental features that help me to manage my job confidently. Self-esteem is one of the core leadership principles that help me to make decisions. According to Lunenburg, followers of the officers only step forward when supervisors are confident. Hence, I positively make decisions, and that follows by the followers to achieve the purposes.

Leading: the leading function is an increasingly function of management. It can be seen closely related to organizing with focused on ensuring the resources are directed to the right process.
