The equivalent of postgraduate level courses at university, CIPD level 7 advanced credentials are set level 7. If the individual has the needed experience in the industry at a strategic level, qualifying with the advanced diploma also shows that he have the technical knowledge to graduate from associate member to certified membership (Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow).
