There are four (4) assessments for this unit:

1. Written Questions

For this assessment, you are to create a performance management process for the simulated business Oz Cares. Your assessor will advise when this is due.

3. Presentation

For this assessment, you are to deliver a 15-to 20-minute presentation on your performance management process. Your assessor will advise when this is due.

For this assessment, you are to respond to case studies and conduct simulations. There are two (2) Case Studies in this assessment. You must complete them both.

• Case Study 1: - This task requires you to conduct a simulation of a meeting and create a learning and development plan
• Case Study 2: - This task requires you to conduct a simulation of a meeting then write a report and an email.
